Ahhhh . . . contented sigh . . . I have books. I have been so crazy busy that I've barely had time for any reading at all. Because of that fact, all I had been reading were fluff Janet Evanovich books. While they're really entertaining and relaxing, they don't exactly move me along the path of enlightenment, ha. Not that any of the books I got on our recent jaunt to the library are particularly deep, but I did at least accomplish variety.
I've added the Library Thing widget to my sidebar to track the books I consume and my opinions as well as those of my bibliophile friends.
I'm starting with First to Fight by General Krulak, The Year of Living Biblically by A.J. Jacobs, the classic Drawing Down the Moon by Margot Adler, a good helping of Douglas Adams in the form of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, and another Stephanie Plum novel (I can't seem to resist).
I can't even express how thrilled I am to have all this reading material at my fingertips. It helps me relax just knowing it's there.
